No Content communicated to the User by any means of communication (electronic, telephonic, etc.) or acquired by the User by accessing, visiting and/or viewing it does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of epiomedica.com and/or the epiomedica.com employee/employee who has mediated the transfer of Content, if any, to that Content.

Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or by the accompanying user agreement, if any, is prohibited.

 FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its contractual obligations, if such failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

If, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the event does not cease, either party shall be entitled to notify the other party of the termination of the contract without either party being entitled to claim any other damages from the other party.

APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the Provider and Users / Buyers will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts of the Municipality of Bucharest.
